IE Hub is the field operations app for Interior Electric, Inc employees. — a single place for crews, foremen, and project managers to run the day from the jobsite.
Access is by invitation only. New users receive an email from an admin, set a password once, and sign in. The app is for Interior Electric employees and is not intended for the general public.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Operations Overview — a real-time view of every active project, crew, and open item the moment you open the app.
• Timecards — clock in and out from the field. Entries are stamped with the jobsite location so hours line up with the right project.
• Field Reports — log daily progress, conditions, and notes from the jobsite, location-stamped for an accurate record.
• Jobsite Photos — capture and attach photos straight from the device camera to the right project and report.
• Projects & Manpower — see active jobs and who is assigned where.
• RFIs, Change Orders & Submittals — track open items and keep documentation moving.
• Proposals & Bids — keep estimating and pursuit work organized.
• Safety — record safety activity and keep the crew's record up to date.
• Year-in-Review Report — generate a magazine-style PDF summarizing projects delivered, RFIs handled, the safety record, and crew highlights. No financial figures, so it is safe to share with clients, GCs, and employees.

• Camera — to take and attach jobsite photos.
