Very disappointed with network as well as the service A very bad experience with MTS! People at customer care don't even know what they're being asked! After spending an entire day explaining them the problem with connection issue, they filed at the end of the day a complaint. Oh btw, it was the 5th customer service agent who actually filed a complaint that too not the correct one! Today since morning again I've been asking them for help and again they're fooling their customer! And then they talk about their terms and policies!! Very irritating!
Really bad speed The worst network I experienced so far even in Delhi NCR. Never recommend to use MTS.
