Ratings and reviews

1) Need more grounds personal to make their rounds more intailled, like going next to entrances to remove trash and cigarettes. It seems no one has been shown new personnel or replacements to extend their coverage to next to buildings. 2) Dog without leash; is it in the contract. 3) Appearances have improved, in as, everyone does carry lighted cigarettes when entering building. 4) The parking in front of buildings are a problem. Tenants have 2 cars and take up 2 spaces instead of one.

I have been living at estates on main for several years now. It has been mostly a quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Although they have a small maintenance crew I have never had a problem getting anything I need fixed in a timely manner. Their professionalism is A no.1 from all staff members all the time.

The Landings located in Westland Michigan is a very wonderful place to live and the upkeep and maintenance of the property is impeccable. From the Landscaping and upkeep of the property anytime I have a request from the maintenance staff is superb in getting the job done each and every time I've needed their assistance. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get at 10 every time in my book. I would recommend The Landings highly to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live and beautiful atmosphere.
