This app used to work wonderfully until approximately 4 weeks ago. Right now I cannot even open the app without it dropping. I emailed tech support two weeks ago they got back to me immediately and suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app. I did so. It fixed nothing. I emailed them back on February 24th. It is now March 10th and no one has returned my email. I would highly recommend if you're starting a business. Do not use this company in the state it's in.

It's awful I can't cancel anyone on the phone app, it wants to know why I'm blocking time out. I'm the only employee, but has to know who is taking time off. It is the most user unfriendly app I've used. It is frustrating. The app just closes out. I cannot even check my schedule. 30.00 a month for complete junk..

I've been using this app since 2015. This app used to be reliable and worthy of 5☆. The last two days, it has been non functional. I can log in, it loads, and then locks up and closes. I've tried restarting my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still sucks. Whatever tweak you did needs to be undone. I rely on this app for my massage business. Not a happy camper. 😡
