Ratings and reviews

POOR: Neither the app or website will login. On the app it took 10 minutes to finally load my account but the minute it loaded, a Session Expured error message appears. The website also will not open after I login. It thinks for several minutes then gives a 504 Gateway Time-out error message. I've tried multiple web browsers, checked for updates and have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app several times. Nothing works. It worked fine yesterday so it is not a problem with my login info.

Great on the web, but the app keeps kicking me out. I get an error about sign-in expiration immediately after logging in and landing on my dashboard. Pet Nexus is really convenient as an appointment and record-keeping tool for my pets, so I wish the app worked!

App is buggy and doesn't seem to work well outside office hours, which is annoying since that's the best time to use it since you cannot call the office at these times for appointment or other needs/changes
