Private Calendar allows you to view all the events in your calendar, to better manage your days and save time in your professional or personal life.

Here are the different ways to use your Private Calendar:

↳ Quickly create an event for your upcoming meetings with your colleagues.

For your meetings, appointments, or tasks, you can choose the time slot you want and schedule your event by adding a title, date, time, or even an address.

Also choose the viewing rights for your events by making them public or private. Your colleagues can view your calendar and see your availability.

↳ Manage your schedule by scheduling recurrences and share your availability

Do you have events every week, month, or quarter? For your weekly meetings or quarterly board meetings, add a suitable recurrence by determining its frequency. Whether daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, you can customize it to precisely manage your availability.

↳ Prepare your event efficiently with a video conference: a successful event is one that's well-prepared!

Even on the go, you can efficiently prepare for your upcoming event by adding a description to share your agenda in list form, an invitation message, or your objectives to inform your colleagues. For your remote events, you can directly add a video conference link for your colleagues so they can easily join you.
