I think something is wrong with the app. Just downloaded it and signing up is an issue. Claiming network failure. Not encouraging at all.

USELESS. I have been trying for months to create an account both in the app and on the web but they deliberately won't allow. Where as there is no field to input your date of birth in the signups form, It returns "invalid date of birth" when you submit you signups form. Who does that?

What is wrong. I need this logging details and yet been trying to sign in without success. It keeps telling me invalid birthday format. I don't know where that comes from? This app is simply unaccessible.
