Ratings and reviews

The app is all right and easy to navigate although it has some bugs to work on. Like I used it to pay for a service, it debited me but on the receipt it read as ongoing so later I went to get the details of said transaction and the whole screen just went blank. It did this every single time I closed and reopened the app. And it also didn't send any email of confirmation so I basically could not get a refund because of this bug. Just one of the things that needs working on.

Every time I open the app I'm irritated by the fact that the "Register" button is given priority over the login button, who came up with this "brilliant" idea? In fact the first option should be biometric login if it's been configured as in every descent finance app on the planet. Imagine how irritating it would be if everytime you wanted to use your phone you'd have to press the power button, then choose login (in tiny text under the cancel button) and then use biometrics or password! Yuck!!!!

I have been enjoying this app so much from the day I installed it till now. Smooth service, friendly UI, quick payments and all. Recently, I have been having challenges making payments for my flight tickets and I don't know why. I just updated the app and tried again but same issue. Can this be looked into as I wouldn't want to discontinue with the app. Thanks.
