Reliable Tracker. I would, however, like to have a monthly view of my fasting journal. It's kind of inconvenient having to scroll through each individual day to look at my previously completed intermittent fasts. Overall, as long as it stays free, I recommend it.

So helpfull for loosing weight, if you want to continue after 14 days, you can! You just have to restart a new 14 days program and your precedent program will be saved so you won't lose your progress . The only thing that have to be modified in my opinion is the fasting time, sometimes you fast more or less than your program but you can't register it so I think that It'll be nice to modify it for the next uploading .

I was using the app good in 2024, with the new update I hate that I have to go in every day and set my fasting period on. I liked before where I could set my fasting period for 15 days, and it will send me notifications on when fasting starts and ends. This app is no use to me now. I am too busy to remember to open the app and put on my fasting period.

Hi Kadisha, the app will continue to remind you of your fasting and eating times. You get the push message and then only have to click once in the app to see whether you are really fasting or eating. Many users wanted the times to be recorded more precisely and for them not to simply start. Please give it a try! :-)
