I love this app bc they walk with u every step of the way and they are teaching me and making me stop and think about what I put in my mouth and how it would affect my body and life. Thank u so much for this app bc I really was struggling but u have made it simple . I have tried alot of dieting and killing myself to just lose a pound or two but yall don't make me feel guilty if u slip, u just pick myself back up and get right back on. There's alot of extras with this app and I enjoy it and avo

So helpfull for loosing weight, if you want to continue after 14 days, you can! You just have to restart a new 14 days program and your precedent program will be saved so you won't lose your progress . The only thing that have to be modified in my opinion is the fasting time, sometimes you fast more or less than your program but you can't register it so I think that It'll be nice to modify it for the next uploading .

This app has nice graphics and this is all that I can say about it. The free version only offeres a basic clock plus a basic calendar and that's it. The premium version is expensive and offeres only some recipies and a little bit more. Not worthed in my opinion. There are other apps out there offering more.
