Ratings and reviews

This app is still amazing and I won't stop using it, but the most recent update has ruined the add text to page feature. It used to have much more scaling options and a "zero point" when changing the orientation of the text. These were instrumental in my ability to quickly fill out my paperwork and keep it looking clean and essentially seamless. Everything else seems to work as intended. Please bring back the old add text features or update the new version to include the options I have mentioned

In the past few months, mid 2024, some changes have been made. I'm no longer easily able to adjust what shows up in my scan. It is not as easy to manipulate and it misses the edges. I'm really not happy with the changes. (Awesome for scans, easy to store in it's own storage or in my Google drive. Easy to share documents and images. Faxing is not seamless, but everything else is. I have been using this since 2014

This app auto renewed at $64.99 for a year of premium . My account states I only have basic. now every time I use the app it asks me to upgrade to premium that I have already paid for. I cancelled my subscription two weeks after it auto renewed but they will not refund me the money and I can't find a phone number for tech support. So in short it doesn't work. Has a ton of pop ups trying to constantly upgrade me to a service that I already paid for and it won't refund me. google refused to help.
