Everything went well up untill a point . I have learned a lot and want to learn more but everytime i want to launch a new topic the loading process stops when it has almost finished loading and then doesn't launch no matter how long i wait . My internet conection is at its best and it still doesn't work .... Would really like some help so that i can start learnong again .

Unfortunately unable to get into app to carry on learning products. Before this happened learning at reasonable pace, this happened twice now,(27th December 2021 and now from 07th February 2022(2nd time)) first time lost all work done, now done 160 points unable to get into app screen comes on for less than a second, then goes blank unable to continue with course please help awaiting your response

Please follow these steps to solve the problem
1- remove/uninstall the app from the device
2- Download and install the latest available version from the Play Store
3- Launch the app again and login

Disappointed.....I was quite excited seeing the ad for this on the site and starting to go through it on the site...however I can't even log into the app. Day 2....still having an error has occurred please try again. ☹
