When shopping in my Favorites category, it lists the items in a weird way. I have to click a button to list items alphabetically. When checking out, there's too many screens in the process. And one of the screens has a pop up box to add a payment to charity, but the box won't expand fully to show the button at the bottom that says "continue within donating", so I have to go the actual website to finish checking out.

The interface of the app is horrible.Not at all user friendly. The customer service also is very lousy. Your complaints remain pending.It takes ages to deliver the products in a city like Bhubaneswar also. Though I like the products, I hate this app. I wish there were other ways to order

app isn't an app when it takes you to a website and the ordering process is slow and not organized well. I love the herbalife products but the app is not user friendly, it's slow, and the ordering process is slower than it was before too.
