Ratings and reviews

Being unable to use this app without an update, without prior warning (i.e. push notification), is completely unacceptable. This, in addition to requiring a carrier account data balance, leads to incredible unreliability. What if I need to transfer money, can't use the app without an update, don't have enough data to update, and yet need the app in order to buy data??? Please warn customers when a forced update is imminent! COMPLETELY unacceptable behaviour - can't comprehend its approval.

New to Investec, very impressed with the service I have received so far. Only thing I think is lacking is the App: *the main issue is with Keyboard covering amount fields when transferring between accounts, so becomes a guessing game with the amount typed in * there is other minor issues I have experienced, but not show stoppers for me...in App approvals do sometimes get annoying when i have to try multiple times to get the pop up to come up to approve. think I got a work around with this issue

the app is not great, but what makes it so much worse is that their "private bankers" are extremely incompetent and useless. It makes it impossible to do banking. Stay away!!!
