There isn't a day that goes by that the app doesn't have some sort of "technical difficulties" if its not balances reflecting properly, it's in app authorisation or POP not being able to download. For the banking fees one pays you would expect a fully functioning app without the constant glitches. Please invest in a good upgrade of this app.

Finding it very difficult to authenticate payments on Checkers Sixty60 and Woolies Dash. Since it's across platforms, I think it's an Investec problem.

App works well, except for online purchase authentication which almost never works. Always have to wait for the 60 seconds timer to run down and then authenticate via SMS OTP. No improvement after changing phones.
