invoxia app on android Bluetooth doesn't pair with the app even the tracker is fully charged and reset multiple times the app stays in search one blue bar is bold blue and doesn't move to next step phone Bluetooth does show device ready

Cannot purchase the tracker activation. The app does not display the PayPal authenticator step and just goes back to cart. I contacted support several times over four days with no result. Imagine if I was having a problem with the app and my dog was lost? Yikes.
