Terrible experience. Attempted to rent a car and received an email that it was not approved. Contacted support and was told it was because I had to change the City within the App which was fair enough even though I received no errors while making the booking through the app. Changed city and made another booking only to get rejected again, reached out to support and this time they said oh it's because you have to change the car and select another one.

Rented a car with them. All went until I got a technical problem with the car. I have wrote several email to INvygo. Made several request throught the app. Not a single person from Invygo contacted me. I had to , On my own contact the car hiring company to fix the problem directly. Its better to go directly to car Hiring comopany. When trying to return the car, they refused and requested an early cancellation fee. They requested I pay a cancellation fee for a broken car.

DO NOT USE INVYGO - I was given an unregistered car. The rental company called and said that it needed to be picked up immediately and I was charged for not refilling the fuel even though this was the company's error. I should also note that the fuel charges are extremely high. The next car I was given had unsafe brakes and when I just wanted to return the car, Invygo wanted to charge me. After arguing with their support team they finally let me return the car without a fee.
