This app was really cool while flying cross country. At first it didnt find my gps but after a couple minutes it located us on the map. It has a lot of really great information on it that you can download for ofline use. I was able to show my kids where we were in our trip and some cool information about what we were flying over. I was even able to read to them about different clouds!

Liked the old layout, it was raw and unfinished but gave lots of freedom for user, also had altitude and speed data, not seeing in the new one. it is also not displaying all airports ex: NMB.

What’s new

Offline saving can now run in the background and is significantly faster. Also improved initial flight load times. Our 'Live' augmented reality mode now projects roads, map labels, and satellite imagery onto your camera screen, so you can align the view perfectly with what you're seeing out the window. We're also bringing back the geologic map layer. Flyover Country was recently rebuilt from the ground up. Please report any issues you run into!
