Ratings and reviews

Failed on two counts: 1. Heart of the app is live tracking and it's not available now. Main purpose is defeated. 2. And not showing all the services scheduled between two stations. Earlier version is much much better than this updated(?) version. Screwed up a fine working app with nonsensical update. I'll check for couple more weeks, if no improvements I'm going to uninstall.

This app used to be so flexible and so easy to use a year ago. What has happened to the developer? This app doesn't track location properly, it doesn't show the names of more than half of the bus stops and what's worse, it takes ages and ages to load. If it is not possible to modify the application then atleast try shifting back to the older version because this version is not at all good.

Recently, I faced an issue where the app showed 3–4 buses available between two stops, but when I enquired locally, I found that those services had been discontinued long ago. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to trust the app. Please ensure the data is updated in real time and outdated services are removed. Otherwise, the app becomes unreliable and loses its usefulness. thank you.
