Ratings and reviews

the platform is great and has many great features, but the app needs a lot of help on the development end! My calls are dropped all of the time, I often am barred from texting or calling people in the app, I almost never receive phone calls through app and am just notified I missed a call and receive a voicemail. i would personally not pay the high costs for this platform if I new about these issues ahead of time.

Way too many late notifications. We use this app for a small business and sometimes notifications about missed calls, voicemails, and texts arrive hours after they occur. Permissions for the app are correctly set to allow notification even if the phone is in sleep mode but doesn't happen. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this app for quite some time according to other reviews. This app costs too much for this poor performance.

To be honest when I was using iPhone everything worked great as expected, but now that I've change the phone to android (moto g stylus 2024) the app crashes so many times giving the alert that says the Bluetooth services stop working, and when that happens it doesn't let my screen turn off by itself, so I have to either restart the phone, uninstall and install the app or disable and enable the permission for nearby devices. It's really a terrible experience on Android.
