Ratings and reviews

The app constantly crashed while I was trying to set up the dog's profile as you weren't able to skip that step. Hours later, I finally created the profile. Afterward, I attempted to try the different service buttons, and none of them did anything. The only consistent thing the app had provided for me today was the circle loading motion.

The walkers are great, but this app is just so bad to navigate. It crashes over and over. I can rarely click on anything with it loading correctly the first time. I usually have to close the app 4 or 5 times for messages to show up. 6 or 7 if I want the schedule to load. It's awful. I would use anything else if I had time to figure it out. This is the worst and actively making my life terrible. Yes, I've updated. Auto update. It's possible that the platform just kind of blows.

I love the idea of the app, but after using it for a year, I'm afraid to say that the overall functionality of it is a disaster. I always have issues opening and receiving messages, it's super buggy to where I have to open and close it a thousand times when I'm trying to use it, none of the screens load correctly, and I hate how inaccessible customer service is.
