I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

Disappointing app experience as both an owner and sitter! I have never used a buggier app. It's so frustrating when photos upload and then somehow disappear, or, when you're trying to end the visit, and the app glitches out and sets the visit timer to zero. Don't even get me started on how the app doesn't let you exchange personal phone numbers, which is fine, we all know they want to take their cut of the booking, but then has the worst integration with fake numbers I've ever seen. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: Trash app for pet care, start your own service and save your client the fees. OLD: There is always room for improvement for any app. Overall rover is really good app to use, pretty easy to work with. Getting into setting from app can be a pain at times and I kinda wish referral links be integrated into the app. If you have old clients refer new ones to you, them being able to send a quick link to find you on app would be very helpful to grow clientele
