Great app, I can do just about everything I need to on mobile. Have had occasional crashes and bugs, but they usually get fixed in a timely manner. Not a flashy app by any means, but very functional. One thing that I think could be improved would be for users to select how much history they want to show on accounts/check deposits etc. As of now I can only see about 30 days of history, while when signing in via a web browser i can see ALL my history.

At least twice a month it won't let me log in. It says it can't validate the information even though my password is correct and my fingerprint was recognized. Then it locks me out completely because I've tried too many times (even though it's the correct login and password) The website also has technical issues often so maybe ISB needs a better program.

Pretty good, but is down for maintenance too many times and the pending vs posted is a little confusing to know if the balance is before the pending transaction or after. It would be better to include Multi-factor authentication too instead of forcing password rotation every so many days
