Do not spend a penny on this app. Very disappointing experience from clovia. They sent me wrong product and it shows the item is not returnable. I've sent numerous emails and made calls it's been more than a week but no response from their side. I had bought products from clovia once before also but this time it's really disappointing. Spending thousands of rupees on purchasing from their app then they do this to us.

Such a horrible experience shopping with them. I ordered products cost 900...it was delivered to me...but their app hasn't updated the delivery status. I could not return my items. Also, the quality of the product was so cheap, better i would have ordered from Amazon. Customer care services are pathetic. Nobody really wants to help. They will just keep saying we will resolve the issue but, i don't know exactly when. Never ever buy anything from clovia. It's the worst app i have ever used.

I really thought I will give this a try. But the disappointment was huge. First of all, they shipped through xpressbees courier that had never properly delivered items to me. Second this app is a waste. The ai chat not just don't help at all. I just want to cancel this order because I'm sure this order will never reach me from xpressbees hub. After entering phone number, it tells me to choose the order no, but the options had one digit numbers and my order id wasn't one of the options. Wtd?
