Taaje horrible experience shopping with them. I ordered products cost 525.. it was delivered to me but there app has not update the delivery status. I could not return my item. Customer care service are pathetic.. nobody really wants to help.. they will just keep saying we all resolve the issue but I don't know exactly when. Never ever buy anything from clovia it's the worst app I have ever used.

worst experience ever. they lure you with discounts and offer and then even after placing a prepaid order, they reject your order saying it failed during quality check, even if the product is in stock but now at higher prices, they won't give you the product. happened to me twice. i spent so much time effort and money to select while offers were there. but in return I just got the harassment, not the product, not the replacement. they clearly cheat their customers.

I tried Clovia very first time and it was great experience, all the products are very good. I was unable to track the details and then connected with the customer care they help me a lot, all the persons are very polite and helpful, you people treat us as a friend family not like a customer. I m really happy with the services keep it up.❤️🫶🏻👍🏻
