That’s why we created saba app, a safe online space where you can connect with professional psychosocial counselors of your mother tongue, who have been on the same journey as you and therefore truly understand yours.
With saba app you can
• Follow a path of seven stages that will help you understand your situation and provide solutions that respect your cultural background – the app will safely guide you
• Find a space to openly write about anything that burdens you
• Talk about any difficulties, including feelings of guilt and shame or even traumatic experiences in confidential video calls. Our counselors are professionally trained, speak your native language and share your cultural background.
