App is horrible. Can't purchase washes, gives a bad gateway error. I go to account and payment option and nothing loads.. It shows my card number on the account page but can't do anything in the payment location. Get this resolved. I like using the wash but will find something better if the app is horrible. This is the technology age and apps on mobile devices are not a new concept.

We apologize that you are having an issue with the app. We rechecked out settings and tested adding multiple credit cards, we didn't receive any errors. Can you try to add a credit card to the app again. Thank you for your time and sorry for the inconvenience.

Too much of a hassle vs. convenience. Still have to scan code at kiosk. I can use my card just as easily. Also, adding payment is almost impossible since you can't read the whole page is bigger than the screen. Iy doesn't move left to right or allow you to turn phone sideways to be a le to see better.

I have a BIG truck. It doesn't fit in the average drivethru car wash,but it fits here at IQ. My favorite car wash in town.BUT the APP has been an issue. I like the app. I can buy X amount of car washes & get a free 1. UNLESS the app isn't working. Like today, it will NOT let me purchase on the App, it gives me a card error "unknown gateway type"My card is unlocked&fine.I was able to go to IQ and pay at the kiosk, now I don't get credit for my wash on app. Update! THEY FIXED IT🩷 GOT A FREE WASH
