I purchase monthly wash club membership for the car wash services they offer, Big Mistake 😳 10 car washes a month, but they do not allow you to use them when you need them 🤨 you can only use them once a day, so if you wash your car, and then go park it somewhere, and a bird 🐦‍⬛ decide to use the bathroom on your car 💩 you cannot go back that day and wash it again, Seriously? 😡 10 car washes is 10 car washes, no matter when you use them! And they don't roll over to next month, u lose them 😩

Doesn't work to even sign up and get a car wash I had to manually do it no big deal but was hoping to get 2 off my first platinum car wash off $16 I thought wrong

Didn't know that earned loyalty rewards expire, won't be going out of my way to go to this car wash anymore 🤷
