I've been using IQ Option for over a year, mainly trading Digital Options and occasionally Blitz Options. I really like the charts because I can zoom in and out a lot, which is very convenient on my phone. Deposits and withdrawals are generally easy, and I’ve only experienced a delay once. Customer support is also excellent; responses are quick and problems are usually resolved efficiently. Overall, I've had a good experience with the platform and would rate it around 8.7/10

I have already sent multiple emails to IQ Option support regarding my problem, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. I’ve provided the necessary information and followed up several times, yet the same issue is still there. At this point, contacting support isn’t helping at all because I keep getting responses but no actual solution. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I just want my issue to be properly resolved.

Been using iq option app for 2 years now. I hope the app can be use in trading vertically to make the charts larger. And please add timer on 1min candle. Timer can only be viewed only on 30secs and below candle. just recently the mobile app keep on hanging and stopping. my internet is good. I have reinstalled the app. use other phone. but still the app is hanging. it is the first time this hanging happend for my 5 years of using iq.otion.
