Awful app. You have to either give your biometric info away to a poorly designed app or use the password EVERY time, and fingerprint often still asks for a password anyway. The back button closes the app, the sections are VERY slow and often break, the payment screen is very hard to understand and always assumes you're paying the entire fee for the year instead of just the one thats due, and the qr codes for receiving parcels are tiny and often don't scan at reception.

Don't waste your time trying to get this app to work because nothing will help. There are the obvious glaring issues with the login interface being unclear and when I asked customer service they did very little to help and told me to ask my reception, who also knew very little and told me that the app is useless anyway, just use the website it does the same thing.

The bloody "accept/reject cookies" popup not only blocks content, but also doesn't disappear when you click either option 😠. Not only that but neither the app or the browser version recognizes my login details despite a) being autofilled and b) selecting the "keep me signed in" button. Utterly aweful app and U.I
