Ratings and reviews

Although indeed a couple of levels look like they were designed to be a paywall, after 1-2 attempts (and a guide for the lvl 8) I managed to get through all of them without paying a dime, so I guess it is still a fair experience. My only lament is on controls - when your units are packed together it's hard to tell which one you selected until you move it - and every so often it's not the one you intended to.

Game is fun. Well designed maps and easy to pick up the strategy aspect. I do have issues with there only being 3 worlds though. I also stupidly purchased a character and didn't realize some of the hard challenges don't let you use them. Not to mention one of the side missions in world 2 is incomprehensibly hard. I don't fully regret my purchase, but I know I am almost getting my money's worth. If there was more content, I would give more stars.

A really well-made and charming strategy game. There is actual strategy, actual progression, actual level design, and actual enemy design. The combination of enemies you face will totally change what units you use. If you are coming from PC RTS you will definitely feel like this is a "mobile"ized RTS, but that is GOOD. "Micro" (unit control") and "Macro"(Base and resource management) are still both important, but the size of your base and army will barely grow over the course of a level.
