Completely useless app! Its a shame that us customers pay all that money every month to Independent Health for coverage and the BASIC Android app to access my account doesnt even function. Update, still true in 2024!

I just need my ID cards. Yet I keep getting redirected to other places to select options I've already had to choose three times on the website already.
