The app was changed without warning and I couldn't access my old account or merchant account anymore. had to register again from the beginning. no merchant access anymore. inconsistency leads to distrust. especially when money is involved.

After upgrading a few days ago, I paid for units and I'm yet to receive the token after 3 days. Customer support was no help. email and Whatsapp contacts do not work. Money paid into my wallet on the app was debited and still no token. It deserves zero star for this!

seriously this app doesn't deserve a star today 18/May/2026 I upgraded and the new app is so complicated. pay with card, pay with opay, all card na card why ask for my opay login password, instead of my 4 digit pin. rubbish
