Update 2: To Fingerhut, the latest version of the app is already installed before the review was left. Update: the app doesn't even work any more. When you login, it just takes you back to the login screen. I can't access my account at all through this app. My mobile browsers work just fine. This app just opens up a browser to their website. Really useless. On top of that, you have to login every single time you open the app, even if you just logged in. Hopefully they make an actual app one day.

The app itself had worked for me, but now it's updated. I have to say I'm frustrated with Fingerhut, as I've been a customer for a long time. About two months before they closed, I received another conditional credit increase. I've been working on my credit, and after calculations, if I spent $1500 on their store, it would boost my score by a nice amount. Even though the items are overpriced, the boost in credit score would be worth it. Then, bam, they closed, credit score went down

Update: When I try to sign in to make a payment, it no longer accepts my biometric login. When I try to sign in with name/password, it says it's wrong. When I say 'forgot username' it asks for my account number, which I don't know. I tried to contact customer service, but they're closed on weekends. Paying one's bill should be easier than this.
