My lightstick is able to pair to Bluetooth on the app. But when it comes time to press the connect button, the screen will not scroll down for me to actually click the connect button. It is hidden under my navigation tab. I can see it because my navigation tab is transparent. When the lightstick stops blinking blue, the connection button disappears. So I know it works. I've downloaded the app multiple times, updated the app from the app store, put in new batteries, checked GPS. Nada :(

have downloaded this app after buying the lightstick at the london pop up store as I'd like to see it sync with Spotify and YouTube, but the app will not recognise it even though I have activated Bluetooth mode. the other app that can be downloaded by scanning the qr code on the box only has the functionality to sync to the concert and let's you change the colours, but other than that, there is no compatibility with blackpink mvs on YouTube or Spotify. bit disappointing, please update soon

Has this app been updated to work with the lightsticks currently being sold at the Deadline tour? The current lightstick version needs a long-press to enter Bluetooth mode (not double-press), and the app finds the lightstick but cannot maintain a Bluetooth connection to proceed.
