About this app

The Transigo app works as a single app to book with multiple paratransit agencies based on user's current location.
It offers an enhanced trip booking experience for our paratransit service, Round Up. Passengers can now use the app to easily schedule trips.
This app will allow eligible Paratransit customers the ability to schedule, confirm, cancel, and view real-time trips.

Enrollment
First-time users will need to enroll in the system to begin using the app. To enroll you will need to provide your Paratransit Rider ID #
Login
In order to log in, you will enter your rider ID and password (created at the time of enrollment)

Ratings and reviews

Opens a splash screen, asks for notification permission, then just spins the loading circle. Multiple restarts (of phone and app) hasn't changed the issue. My best guesses on why: 1. It doesn't like that I disallow notifications. 2. It's seeking permission for more info/access than it should, so my privacy apps are preventing the program from loading. Either way, it doesn't work.

Convenience at your fingertips! It works similar to the Uber and Lyft apps. You can set up rides and monitor rides.
