Inventa is a home inventory app you can actually finish. Photograph a room, let
the camera read the labels, and end up with the record of your belongings an
insurer asks for — before anything happens, not after.

RECORDING THAT DOESN'T TAKE AN EVENING

Quick Capture keeps the camera open between shots, so you walk a room
photographing everything and name it all afterwards, sitting down.

Smart Scan reads what you point it at. Hold it over a nameplate and it fills in
the brand, model and serial number. Over a receipt and it fills in the price and
the purchase date. Over a barcode and it records the product code. All of it
happens on your device.

No photograph of a thing yet? Pick one from the built-in library of chairs,
tables, appliances and more, and swap it for the real one later.

WHAT IT KEEPS FOR EACH ITEM

Photographs, receipt, brand, model, serial number, barcode, room, category,
purchase date, warranty expiry, price and notes — the identification an insurer
wants in order to establish which unit you actually owned. Organise your
possessions by room and by category, and search the lot.

TRACK MAINTENANCE, NOT JUST OWNERSHIP

Things you own need doing. Inventa tracks what each item needs and how often —
a boiler service, a filter, a cambelt — and tells you what is overdue. Every
repair you log builds a service history, which is the part nobody can
reconstruct from memory later, and the part that holds a resale price.

Warranty expiry dates turn into reminders, so a free repair doesn't quietly
become a paid one.

VALUE, AND WHETHER YOU'RE UNDER-INSURED

Inventa estimates what your possessions are worth today rather than what you
paid, depreciating by category on a straight line. Enter your contents cover
limit and it will tell you when what you have recorded has quietly grown past
it — worth knowing before a claim, not during one.

USEFUL WHEN YOU MOVE, SELL, OR CLAIM

A room-by-room catalogue of your belongings is the packing list when you move,
the proof of purchase when you sell, and the schedule of loss when you claim.

PRIVACY

Your inventory lives in a database on your device. There is no account, no
sign-up, no cloud sync, and no analytics or advertising SDK. Nothing about what
you own is sent anywhere. Backups are files you make and put where you choose.
