About this app

CrewX is the crew travel and rotation platform used by ITL World and its clients to move offshore rig crews safely and on time.

It is used by rig administrators, rig managers, travel coordinators and HR teams to run the whole journey in one place: raising a travel request when a rotation is due, comparing flight options, approving them, issuing tickets, booking hotels and arranging airport pickups.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- See every travel request for your rig and its current status
- Verify a crew member's trip details before travel is arranged
- Review the flight options your travel coordinator has proposed, and approve them or send them back with a reason
- Track a trip from request through approval to ticket, with a full history of who did what and when
- Message the travel desk about a specific trip, by text or voice note
- Check crew documents and see which passports or visas are expiring
- Review hotel bookings and airport pickups

BUILT FOR RIG CONDITIONS

Connections offshore are unreliable, so CrewX keeps working when the signal drops. What you enter is saved on your device and sent automatically once you are back online, so nothing is lost between the rig and the shore.

ACCESS

CrewX is a private business system. Accounts are issued by your employer or by ITL World - you cannot sign up inside the app. If you work with ITL World and need access, contact your travel desk.
