About this app

Flock is the travel-spend reporting platform from ITL World, built for
corporate travel managers, finance teams and the people who answer for
what an organisation spends on travel.

An ITL World account is required. Accounts are issued by ITL World to
its own staff and to authorised users at client organisations - there
is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without one.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See spend as it stands - sales, profit, bookings and margin across
the period you choose, in the currency you work in
• Break spend down by client, business unit, product, airline, hotel,
route, branch or booking country
• Track savings - advance purchase, online adoption, cabin mix and
corporate deal performance
• Follow refunds and cancellations, with the ratios behind them
• Find travellers by date, airport or airline for duty-of-care
• Read air, hotel, insurance and visa performance in dedicated views
• Build your own reports by choosing dimensions and measures, then
drilling in level by level
• Ask questions in plain language and get an answer drawn from your
own data
• Download any report as Excel or PDF, filtered exactly as it sits on
screen

BUILT FOR THE PHONE

Flock adapts to a handset rather than shrinking a desktop page onto
one. Wide tables scroll on their own, controls stack to full-width tap
targets, and the layout reflows for the screen in your hand.

The app integrates with Android beyond the browser: a native splash and
status bar in the Flock colours, an offline screen that tells you
plainly when a connection has dropped rather than showing a browser
error, deep links that open a shared report at the right page, native
sharing to send a figure or a report onward, and haptic feedback on
key actions.

YOUR DATA

Flock shows only what your account is permitted to see. Access is
controlled by role and restricted row by row, so a client organisation
sees its own travel and nothing else. Everything is encrypted in
transit.
