I love the idea of this, but quite frankly the lack of ability to bring in "women's health data" and the inability to get answers on specific slices and dices that you want is, ehh... It's alexa that pumps out specific data relationships, but there is no way to control what slices and dices happen. I don't want it pre-sliced, I want to be able to say "hey, take thesetbree data points and pivot them this way..." Cute app, not helpful.

I have really loved Lili!! It's so nice to be able to look at my numbers. I am really loving the mood feature, it will help me remember my days better and understand peaks in RHR when I was stressed. It is such a breeze to review my stats and understand what is helping, and I love the feature where it encourages you to go above your best week. What a great idea for the competitive person in me!

Lili is an AI-powered virtual assistant that integrates with Fitbit to bring you deeper and more helpful insights than just the Fitbit app alone. Lili will provide you info like how your steps, active minutes, resting heart rate, etc., change over time, but goes deeper than the Fitbit app by also cross-correlating these stats with each other, giving you insights like, "Your RHR is lower when you get more than XX,XXX steps in a day," or, "You get more than your average of X hours of deep sleep whenever you get more than YY active minutes per day." Interaction with the app comes primarily through text "chats" with the friendly (and funny!) assistant AI, but also through programmatically generated "cards" that contain summaries of various stats all in one easy-to-view place. I've been using Lili since it was in beta, and I can confirm it does indeed provide very helpful insights and is constantly being improved and updated. I've had the opportunity to interact with the developers on multiple occasions, and they seem genuinely interested in making it the best app it can be. If you're a data and fitness nerd, you'll love this app. If you're just trying to understand your health statistics better, you'll probably love it, too. It's hard to think of any negatives; I look forward to seeing what Lili becomes in the future.
