Mílōn is the training App for everyone:
As a center you will be able to:
- Associate as many coaches as you want to work as a team.
- Terminate coaches who no longer work with you.
- Associate as many athletes as you want to train with you and your team.
- Drop athletes who no longer train with you.
As a coach you will:
- Create training sessions for your athletes, assign them, modify them and schedule them on the calendar.
- Save training templates, to be able to assign them to different athletes, making the necessary adjustments for each one according to their needs.
- Choose from our extensive library of exercises, with explanatory videos to create your workouts.
- Create your own exercises, also incorporating explanatory videos of your own invoice.
- Receive feedback from your athletes every time they perform training, in order to adapt the training as much as possible taking this feedback into account.
- Assign different control tests to be able to visualize the progress of your athletes.
- Chat with your athletes as well as with the other coaches at your center, to share impressions and better coordinate the group's objectives.
As an athlete associated with a center you will be able to:
- Carry out the training sessions assigned to you by your coaches.
- Provide feedback, which can include videos, about each training session, your impressions, difficulties and strengths that you have experienced.
- Chat with your coach to have communication that goes beyond training feedback.
As a FREE athlete you will be able to:
- Train with the basic training package that we put at your disposal.
- Request to join a center, to have a more personalized training approach adapted to your needs.
As a PREMIUM athlete you will:
- Do everything that the FREE package allows you.
- Train with all PREMIUM training packages, packages that will be renewed as time goes by.
- Assign you tests in order to measure your progress.
As a PRO athlete you will be able to:
- Do everything that the PREMIUM package allows you.
- Create your own workouts, modify them and schedule them on your calendar.
- Create your own exercises, recording explanatory videos if you wish.
- Perform autoFeedback when you do your training, in order to adjust your new training to your needs.
