I have never been able to make the app. work correctly. The support sucks also. Yet, I can see the potential in it (the app that is). This is a prime example, there's not a live person to help when your ready to try again. All I have been able to find is email support which is always too late for the trade or situation and no better than snail mail.

Great app that has come along way, just wish there was TSX options on here. This really is one of a kind and they have done something special as far as trade tools. Now only thing would make this perfect is if they had a simulator much like play options. And perhaps AI indicators with layered supports and resistances as well

I can't scroll in the app very well and the zoom is constantly resetting. Very hard to navigate in the app but on the web page it's great.
