Prefect so far I have a Samsung Note 4 as the receiver and a galaxy S2 and S4 as the cameras. So far the app works flawlessly. I have the phones sitting on dressers in the bedrooms with the screens facing out. Just looks like I am charging the phones (I think positioning the phones back facing would look a bit suspicious to an intruder). Extremely easy to use, love the flash light function etc. The most time consuming part was positioning the phones for coverage and movement detection.
Alfred is the best! Alfred is so great I had to go out and buy another cellphone that can be plugged in without the battery in the phone really works great no more messing up batteries from having cellphone plugged in 24/7
turned 3 of my old phones into home security! You will not be disappointed the picture is a little grainy but that's to expect with a free app I'm sure if they come out with a high-resolution option people would pay for it I love that you can talk to the person in the room and they can talk back as well as night vision and recording options you will not be disappointed just do it
Very useful I was considering cameras in case my house was ever broken into, but i found alfred, and it is wonderful. also makes for a fantastic baby monitor
Love it!! I usually don't share apps too often but this one I love! I can watch Brewster while I'm at work in real time. I can hear if he cries, record video and has a motion detector. It will notify you anytime that there's motion. Great for use as a baby monitor too! All you need is a phone that can access Wi-Fi for the monitor. I would totally recommend this for watching your fur baby like mine!
Sort of works If I click on the camera to make it bigger I get an uh-oh 7001 error after it buffers for several seconds. On the screen that shows multiple cameras, I can see a slowly refreshing lowfi image as long as I don't try to click into the camera to record or monitor audio. So it is transmitting frames. Works really great on wifi-to-wifi connections (same network). LTE-to-wifi doesn't seem to work except for single frames that refresh slowly.
