My Enquiry on the app are useless and unhelpful. Disrespectfully close the tickets instead of helping, providing customer service,and explaining a problems happened. Network connection automatically choose MY MAXIS when dropped under 4g and didn't reconnect back to Unifi. After switching from Bebas prepaid to Wow plan, there's frequent buffering on any apps. The only always to fix this is to on the airplanes mode once every few minutes. I'm going to submit SKMM report if this issue ongoing.

Very lousy app, especially the billing system, notifications show bill settled, bank transactions confirmed done but end up the record still showing same overdue amount, already second day, very disappointed with the data integrity. Please invest more on improvement of phone app else you will be losing customers. 3rd day still cannot settle, unifi mobile app wrongly direct my payment of first number to second mobile number. Super lousy app!

No, it shouldn't be like this for our TM!!! My mobile phone internet is not working since your last so called upgrading in February until now. I have submitting more than 10 enquires through the unifi app providing all your necessary information requested, yet it is not fixed at all even though the app profile showing that it's active. What happens TM???
