I have no problem with the app itself but it's so frustrating that whenever I open the app, I have to update first before I can use it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. and I only open the app once a month which means almost every month I need to update. It is so annoying, paying my bills which should only take a couple of minutes now has become a chore every time.

the most pretentious pre paid app ever. Need a new OTC every time for logging in the app, almost like they think they are the bank app or something, it's absurd. Other pre paid app such as umobile just let you in with simple acc name and password but this one think that's not enough, wants an OTC code, so stupid.

Useless app ever. Suddenly signed me out. Unable to let me sign in back easily. Try to easy sign in but said phone number 'user not exist'. Fine, so try to sign in by 'register' again. Keep on telling unable to register as account already exist! Walao. Make your mind lah Unifi, my account exist or not exist!?!
