Broken App! Ask to change app from previous one to this broken app before 30 june 2021. I can't even login. Emailed them, got no response. Requested email verify, but no return email in my inbox from tgem despite written 'please check your inbox'. Can't even login, how to pay bills??? Was doing just fine with that old app. Asking your customer to change app, but the app is in broken condition. Please fix this! I cant pay my bills, and you will cut my internet in a split of second!

1. Suddenly stopped getting email bills even though my email is correct on unifi app 2. Called customer service...long wait time, only to be told they are "technical dept" & will pass me to "billing" where i was again put on hold. Gave up after 20mins wait. Btw, i called twice. Same thing happened. Unless there is someone manually sending bills to each individual customer, this is a technical issue so please fix it!

When I logged in myunifi it says my session expired and asked me to login thru the digital id webpage. After successfully login I was shown my profile page and when clicked on CLOSE it prompted me to click on the cross (X) to close the browser. After clicked on the (X) I was back to the myunifi app saying that my session expired...and I repeat the same thing many times still can't login to the app....
