Checkpoint Manager from IWMAC is a simple and intuitive solution for people who have routine requirements under temperature control IK Food at your shop.

All requirements for control measurements of the cooling and freezing positions, heat treatment and heat holding is safeguarded and can be set up to measure. All events are memorized in an event log with corresponding documentation so that the store manager can monitor whether internal controls are carried out in accordance with state requirements.

* IWMAC Checkpoint Dashboard is the web interface for the one IK Matansvarlig or CEO. Used as evidence against others and FSA.
