Ratings and reviews

Typically I don't do reviews. I tried at least 3 times to complete the enrollment. I never got a chance to review the VPN ' s performance. Before saving my card on an unknown network I wanted to read the "fine print (disclosures). Not sure if the $69.99 YEARLY charge is prorated if cancelled sooner. NO option for monthly. Each time I tried to read disclosures the payment screen would close after a VERY SHORT amount of time. Their internal system would force me to start over at the beginning.

It is becoming spotty at best, when it actually works. One phone can connect via Wireguard sometimes. Other times, I am using IKE. Evem when connected, my speeds are similar to 2.5G. My other phone isn't even connecting. All I get is an "Error connecting to Wireguard (code0). Contact support." Nothing in the FAQ database. The bot help desk doesn't have an answer. Staff had me waiting for 10 minutes before I closed out the chat. I'll give them a few more days before I look to another provider.

Some of the issues I've experienced(paid subscription). It's NOT SECURE. Websites know you're using a VPN! Along with your ISP Or Network Admins. Also Only ONE of the connection Protocols works, WireGuard. All others don't connect. I've been looking for a Nord alternative and will have to continue. To be fair it's speeds are alright and connecting is quick... usually. For the price it's an easy pass. subscription ends in 2months and already looking for a new option.
