I made a purchase through iyzico from the Decathlon website, which advertised a 300 TL cashback offer. After the first purchase, I received no cashback. The support team claimed I should have used their app for payment, even though the website made no mention of this. I followed their instructions for a second purchase, using the app for payment this time. Still, no cashback was issued, and their 24/7 support is unresponsive. This feels like false advertising and a waste of time.

After first payment it's not working anywhere UPD: After I ordered a plastic card it started working and I was actually able to pay. I gonna rise it to 3 stars from 1. Still bad user experience and still have problems with bank deposit (doesn't work) and even card deposit (they only allows you to connect your card to an account, in my case my card works only with 3ds so I was able to deposit only first time, then you can't deposit with 3ds,even if you unattach the card)

Nor user friendly. Can't change details without calling someone and it is an inconvenience if you live outside of the Tuekey! Also the chat team does not reply within a couple of minutes as they promise. A simple step like closing my account is impossible due to lack of customer service and weak interface.
