Ratings and reviews

Too many bugs. It opens but doesn't go beyond the first page with the logo. It just shows the logo for several minutes and doesn't show the login page. This app was much better and faster before. Reinstalling the app helped. After logging in, it doesn't show the accounts sometimes. To view my accounts, I have to log out and log in 3 times & then it shows the 3rd time worest app in union Bank

Worst app. Whenever I try to send an SMS to register, it keeps on saying unstable internet connection even if I have a good internet connection. It doesn't even allow you to register using WiFi. It keeps on loading with the Union Bank Logo. Sometimes it doesn't even allow you to enter the OTP received as it doesn't pop up the keyboard. It doesn't even have automatic SMS fetching. What kind of an app is this?

worst app! they keep on updating it and keep on signingout our accounts from app. they add unnecessary validations n checks, i can't even use the app, network speed is slow, network stable, wifi can't be used, and what not. what will you do if you are lower network coverage but still want to do mobile banking? you'll be just helpless. app relogin requires atm, if you have expired atm, then you cant even apply a new one if you haven't received it on time. Planned to surrender the account finally.
