Ratings and reviews

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. For a long time the app didn't work. Recently I was told that the app was updated and that it should now work. So i installed the app again. Tried to register using my debit card. It says technical error. unable to fetch debit card details. Good for nothing app. You guys should go back to pen and paper. Don't think you can handle something so advanced as an app. Sick. Can I give a negative rating? I would if i could.

I would give a –10 rating if that were an option. I’ve been trying to log in for the past 4–5 days, but keep getting a permanent technical error. Customer care is useless—calls get auto-disconnected, and emails to support have received no response. I even tried NetBanking through the website, only to find there’s no option to make transactions. Honestly, their error list is longer than a train.

I don't even want to give 1 star. but that's the least we have. App doesn't even open up. moment I open it, it closes automatically. Worst maintenance. But the app interface and options are good. Look into the issues. Editing my review. The issue was developer options was turned on in my case. But how will the End User get to know that issue. Upon trying out so many resolutions, I got to know this is the issue.
