Ratings and reviews

No matter how many times you press, it won't open. Even as a non-coder, I can create a better app. This app is getting worse over time. Name one banking app that loses aura like this one. Pressing the icon and getting an app to open is the bare minimum. Why do I have to uninstall and install this every time just to open it? Fire your developer, or ask him to pay you for practicing his art in your giant business.

Very slow. The old version was very good and easy to handle. It is not known what made the bank to switch to this version. Worst. Main feature of getting statement itself failing. This app statement shows Debit or Credit only. The balance everyday after Debit or Credit is not shown. Not a user friendly version. All the bank show the balance in the account after every transaction. But with this we have to keep a calculator or view balnce window to know the account balance.

It opens but doesn't go beyond the first page with the logo. It just shows the logo for several minutes and doesn't show the login page. This app was much better and faster before. Reinstalling the app helped. After logging in, it doesn't show the account upi transfer bank transfer etc
