Login failing repeatedly, can't see my account statement sometimes. when I try downloading statement it showing error. when I email it, the statement have only one page with about 1 month of statement for a whole year. Tried logging in to internet banking from laptop. Saying invalid user id. Everything was fine until few months before. Somebody fix this ASAP.....!

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. For a long time the app didn't work. Recently I was told that the app was updated and that it should now work. So i installed the app again. Tried to register using my debit card. It says technical error. unable to fetch debit card details. Good for nothing app. You guys should go back to pen and paper. Don't think you can handle something so advanced as an app. Sick. Can I give a negative rating? I would if i could.

The new update makes the app worst to use. It's so hard to navigate even for bank statements. It used to be simple and quick but the new update makes it too complicated. I even have trouble checking my account balance as there is no option available. There are some options "Deposits, Loan, Credit Card, Invest and Insure". I don't have any loan or credit card so my account is not shown anywhere. How can I get transactions, available balance and other details. The Ul should be as simple as it was.
