Honestly, I was weary after reading terrible reviews. But, after I downloaded the app, it didn't ask for any card info and 'apparently' my fax of 7 pages was sent. If it did send and it was this simple than it deserves 5 stars. I received an email and everything notifying me that the pages were sent. I'm still a little on edge bc every other app I DL'd they ask for my card info or would try and charge my card immediately. This didn't so I'm still a little worried if in fact it did work properly.

Automatic Billing, No Refunds! I was quite satisfied with this service at first. Free intro and the offer of a free month after. The service works; the 3 faxes I sent went through perfectly fine. But then I forgot about it. After 3 unused months (@$16.95 ea.), I remembered and wanted to cancel. They'd already charged me, so I asked to discontinue the auto billing instead of just ending the service. That is impossible. And they wouldn't provide a refund. Expensive & Dishonest. It's a Scam!!

TERRIBLE service and a rip-off. Charged $10 for one extra page over my 10-page limit without notifying me. No email/receipt, nothing on the Billing page because they want to run up a bunch of charges without you noticing. I canceled the membership twice and am still getting charged. Plus, I got so much spam it seems like they’re trying to eat up the page count. Website is glitchy; they sent my fax 11 times, spamming the recipient with 77 pages. Avoid this nightmare and find a better service.
