My problem is with cashing out. You sign up and get a deposit match in the form of bonus casino funds. The trick? You can't use the casino funds separately from your deposit. Also if you want to withdraw your deposited funds they prompt you with a message that your casino bonus will go away. Say you run through your deposit and whatever winnings. Funds you win with the casino bonus gets added to casino funds ie nonwithdrawable. You also can't withdrawal anything under $10. Don't waste your time!

Love the app. Withdrew twice but had problems when going back on the game. Games are fun. I love winning when I do, but there is no win after playing for a while just keep losing. There should be a way that once money gets low it should allow you to win. Also when I first contacted support the email didn't work. I had to go through the chat to the problem solved. Please fix your app!
