Ratings and reviews

They recently updated the app and everything is broken. I placed an order yesterday and the tickets are still marked as processing. The drawing was last night and one of them is a winner and there's no way to get the funds. Before this update the app worked perfectly fine. Also, having to calculate how many funds I need to add is annoying since the service fee is now tacked onto individual tickets instead of the initial funding amount. There was no need for that.

I'd been using this app successfully for a couple of years, but for several months now I've been unable to deposit any funds - the app is now USELESS. It rejects my credit card, my debit card, & there's always a problem connecting to PayPal. I’ve tried clearing caches, clearing data, uninstalling & reinstalling the app. There should be no reason for my bank to refuse the request; it doesn't trigger a fraud alert. Ditto for PayPal. I've regularly used those methods without problems in the past.

The app is totally unusable. I'm in New York, a state where Jackpocket is allowed, and yet the app tells me that it can't place my order because Jackpocket is not available in my state. The app repeatedly fails to verify my location, even with a lightning fast internet connection and location services enabled. I have absolutely no issue verifying my location with other apps that require it.
