Functionality and availability are terrible. I have tried multiples to purchase tickets ahead and sometimes the seating and ticket purchase options are available. Other times they are not. I have had to go to the site to purchase and thos don't show up in the app for points or anything. All in all so many b8gs and no one fixing them

Great if you want to look up showtimes to avoid using their equally awful website, but trying to purchase tickets? No good. I thought I bought tickets, after all, I inputted all of my credit card information but never received confirmation. Went back online to see if the seats I had purchased were still there.... and they were. Afraid to try again since I did give them my credit card information but I did. Halfway through payment - randomly kicks me back to their homepage. Ultra frustrating.

The app has an extremely slow response when selecting times and crashes when making payment. When the crash occurs and I attempt again, all the seats that have been selected are listed as taken already even though i did not make finalized purchase. Have to wait some time later hoping the system cancels the seats before i can select them again. Horrible app with a similar horrible website.
